Free U.S. Shipping Details
All USA orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be shipped 1st Class Service service thru USPS (United States Postal Service). All orders that weigh more than 13 ounces will be upgraded to Priority Mail service. You will receive a email direct from USPS/Endicia as soon as we enter your package for shipment. In many cases, we ship all orders the same day that we receive them, but no later than the next business day. We ship 5 days a week, and 6 days a week during high volume seasons.
Timing & Details of Free Shipping within the USA if shipped using 1st Class Service
* Free Shipping(USPS 1st Class Service) can take from 7 to 10 business days.
* There is no tracking in the USA w 1st Class USPS service.
If you would like to upgrade to the next class of service, you will have the option at checkout to upgrade to either Priority Mail or Express Mail service. PlanetGearCompany/PlanetBuff will credit your credit card the 1st Class Shipping amount once your credit card transaction settles. Please also add a note in the comments box that you have chosen to upgrade to the next class of service.

Important Note on Timing of Free Shipping Orders to Canada
PlanetGearCompany ships out quickly! Your order will leave PlanetBuff no later than 1 business day after you place your order. It will get to the Canadian border within a average of 3 business days. Canadian Customs department then needs to clear your package. The length of time this takes can vary drastically from a few days to 2 weeks based on their package load. Then the Canadian Postal Service will pick up your order and deliver it to your intended address. If you get concerned about the length of time this is taking...please do not contact PlanetGearCompany, as we have no ability to determine the status of your package at Canadian Customs. Please contact Canadian Customs directly yourself...and give them the LN# that appeared on your email from USPS that you received at the time of shipping.
